What we do
- Use semantic HTML so screen readers can interpret the page structure correctly.
- Provide descriptive alternative text on meaningful images.
- Ensure color contrast meets WCAG AA on body text and interactive elements.
- Build interactive components (menus, accordions, modals) with keyboard support and focus styling.
- Provide a "Skip to content" link for keyboard and screen-reader users.
Known limitations
Embedded third-party content (such as Google Maps) may not fully meet WCAG AA. Where possible we provide an accessible text alternative (our address, phone number and hours appear on every relevant page).
